Red7 has successfully completed works on the East Anglia One (EA1) offshore wind farm project, providing specialist diving and dredging services to Deepocean, to aid in the installation of the South export cable.
Working from the chartered 4 point moored vessel Noortruck, work included the re-dredging of a pre dug excavation pit, recovery of the HDD bung and messenger cable, along with post lay burial of the cable using Rock Filter bag units.
Red7 also provided the survey and cable pull in sonar monitoring and video relay system, designed to monitor the cable lay operation at the duct end and to relay to vessels working at the work site.
